Reservation Fees and Deposits

Reservation Fees: Reservation fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. If a reservation fee is paid to reserve a property and the purchase does not proceed, the fee will typically be forfeited unless specified otherwise in the agreement.

Deposits: Deposits paid as part of a sales and purchase agreement are subject to the terms of that agreement. In most cases, deposits are non-refundable if the buyer withdraws from the transaction, except as provided in the agreement or by law.
Cancellation of Services
If you decide to cancel our services, any fees paid for services already rendered will not be refundable. However, if we have not commenced work on your behalf, we may consider a partial refund of any advance payments, subject to our discretion and the terms of our engagement agreement.
Errors or Omissions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
